Ivan Klugman
PRESIDENT
With over 32 years of aviation experience; 10 years of that in corporate flight departments serving as Captain as well as flight department manager, Captain Klugman has worked for some of the highest net worth individuals nationally acquiring their aircraft (both Jet and Helicopter ) as well the complete structuring of their flight departments. Captain Klugman has been in the commercial aviation industry for over 31 years and is currently serving as international Boeing 767 Captain for a US global airline flying the Far East, South America, Middle East and Europe. During his career, he has placed many aircraft in service; from corporate jets to large twin engine helicopters. Captain Klugman holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilots license for both Jets and Helicopters to include ratings on Boeing 777, 767, 757,737, Falcon Jet, Bell 206, Bell 222, Sikorsky S76 and Super Puma.
Robert Hoffmoen
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Having 40 years of aviation experience; Mr. Hoffmoen has served as Director of Operations, Chief Pilot and Director of maintenance of FAR 135 Jet and Helicopter Air Taxi operations. He has also flown 15 years as a Corporate Captain for Fortune 100 companies. In addition to Mr. Hoffmoen’s excellent piloting skills of both Jets and Helicopters, he has spent years on the hangar floor at the major manufacturers and completion centers across the country supervising completions and retrofits. Bob holds FAA Airline Transport Pilots as well as an Airframe and Power Plants Mechanics License.
Michael J. Bonventre
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Having 37 years of aviation experience Mr. Bonventre has served as an Airframe & Powerplant mechanic for both rotary and fixed wing military and civilian aircraft including 8 years as a Final Assembly / First Flight / Flight Development inspector at major Aircraft manufacturer. In last 16 years Mike has been a technical consultant for Airlines and Commercial aircraft leasing companies. He has worked with a number of Air Authorities in both the United States and foreign countries for importing, exporting, applying for and obtaining ferry permits. Mike has successfully put numerous aircraft on operating certificates for various domestic and foreign airlines. Mike has also managed the return to service of long term storage aircraft to be ferried to heavy maintenance facilities. Mike has held and used his FAA Airframe & Powerplant, FAA Airworthiness Inspector and is Senior NAAA Appraiser with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) endorsement.
Paul Troutman
PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Troutman has over 25 years of aviation experience working his way through the various shops in a completion center including: avionics, engine-shop, sheet-metal, upholstery, trim, and wood-shop. Paul has worked as a mechanic, lead, supervisor, project administrator and manager. Paul is highly experienced with all aspects of the completion process of Falcon, Bombardier, Gulfstream as well as other business jets. Mr. Troutman has recently held a position in upper management at one of the largest completion centers. Paul has a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and FCC license.
